Beatlemania
This series is a tribute to John, Ringo, Paul and George and their combined contribution to the world as the Beatles. As much as I love colour, I didn’t want to be distracted by it in interpreting the music so I relied on texture and form to speak the message.

Circular Thinking
My main consideration when creating these is “the sharp focus of hyperrealism balanced by the lack of it”. By making the spheres “pop” out, I imbue them with a sense of purpose and importance as well as a sense of personality and humanity.

Compositions In
In this series, I just had fun playing with colour, composition and lots of mixed media. There is quite a bit of texture and I let this texture dictate the composition. Then I played with colour to tie it all together.
